If you are scheduling your initial appointment, you can complete your paperwork online and submit it as well. This will decrease the time it takes to complete the new patient registration process.

Please call (913) 901-8880 and press 6 for the nurse's voicemail. Please speak slowly and leave your first and last name (spelling the last), your date of birth, the best phone numbers to reach you at and a brief reason for your call. Our nursing staff will check messages and return calls throughout the day. If you call after 3 p.m. your call will be returned the next business day.
